I do not believe it would even conserve much money as affordable as wedge anchors are, and you 'd spend a lot more time with cutting the threaded rod, correcting the threads on one end to get the nut started, getting the rod embeded in with just the right quantity of threads exposed and waiting on the epoxy to set, and you 'd need to clean the holes thoroughly where with wedge anchors you can simply burn out most of the dust and drive them in.
Epoxy anchors "correctly" installed, are FAR more powerful versus being straight pulled out, than wedge anchors, versus a dynamic load. There are two catches to this though. 1) Their correct installation needs cleaning up the hole (blowing it out with air may be ok; maybe you need to utilize a brush; in either case, if you're using the adhesive, you MUST follow the manufacturer's guidelines to the letter).
Under a static load, the epoxy will stretch gradually, and in an overhead load, if improperly crafted, this can cause a failure (it triggered casualties in the "Huge Dig"; I suggest you look that up). Aside from overhead applications, if the nuts required a specific torque to preload the fastener, the preload might be lost in time due to creep.

Most anchor bolts are galvanized, but even Hot Dip Galvanized bolts will rust if not effectively kept. When bolts rust or are harmed, new bolts can be set up offset from the original pattern. A custom-made base plate or rotated pole will fit on the new pattern. When replacing A Reliable Source or old poles, custom-made base plates can be extremely pricey.
Hammer Drill Drill bit for anchor bolt size. +1/ 8 bigger than bolt size is typical. Shop Vac Air Compressor with nozzle long enough to reach bottom of hole Round firm bottle brush to Snuggly fit into hole. Epoxy particular for Threaded rod into concrete. We like Simpson Strong-Tie Set-XP Epoxy.
